Thomas Ruedel

  • Active in the construction industry as a certified civil engineer since 2001.
  • Extensive experience in managing and delivering renovation and refurbishment projects, primarily in Hamburg, as well as across Germany—including cities such as Munich, Hanover, Frankfurt, and Berlin.
  • Formerly served as Branch Manager in Hamburg and Project Manager for an international construction company specializing in high-end interior fit-outs and retail construction.
  • Successfully delivered projects ranging in volume from €50,000 to €19,000,000 for both German and international clients.

Andreas Mettmann

  • Active in the construction industry as a certified civil engineer since 2001.
  • Extensive experience in delivering complex renovation and refurbishment projects across Europe, including in cities such as London, Zurich, Hamburg, Munich, Hanover, Frankfurt, and Berlin.
  • Previously served as Commercial Director for the DACH region at an international construction company specializing in high-end interior fit-outs and retail construction.
  • Managed and executed projects ranging from €50,000 to €19,000,000 for both German and international clients.

Harry Tettinger

  • Master’s degree in General Management as well as training and further studies in electrical engineering
  • Experience as Director Operations at an international construction company. Strategic realignment, expansion and optimization of business-related processes.
  • Previously worked as Regional Head of Real Estate & Development for Central and Eastern Europe in a US IT and pharmaceutical company. Expansion and implementation of projects for office and engineering locations.
