  • Commercial management of construction projects in the field of interior fit-out from the calculation phase through the preparation, realization and completion phases
  • Evaluating contract terms and service specifications in the bidding phase
  • Conducting contract award negotiations
  • Drawing up and processing subcontractor and supplier contracts in consultation with site management
  • Independent preparation of regular target/actual comparisons and forecasts of costs, performance and results (project controlling)
  • Preparation and optimization of tender documents and compilation of contract documents
  • Planning, creating and negotiating payment plans
  • Monitoring receivables, payments and guarantees
  • Supplementary management
  • Participation in construction meetings and contract renegotiations

  • Experience with different types of contracts and confident handling of construction site correspondence
  • Commitment, ability to work in a team and independent action
  • Organizational skills and willingness to work flexible hours
  • Negotiation and assertiveness skills and a confident manner
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office applications and AVA programs
  • Good written and spoken English skills desirable
